Idiotic Comment of the Day - Tim Costello
Congratulations, Tim, on your award for linking the Samoan tsunami and the Indonesian earthquake (both caused by tectonic plate movement) to climate change:
I'd love to hear an explanation for that!
Mr Costello said the "ring of fire" that had exploded in our region in recent weeks, including the tsunami in Samoa, the earthquake in Indonesia and flooding in the Philippines and India, was directly related to changes in global weather patterns. (source)
I'd love to hear an explanation for that!
1 Comments:
Interestingly, that wasnt even the most idiotic comment attributed to him (although its such a litany of stupid that its somewhat subjective). Further reading would indicate that he is also somehow of the impression that malaria is new to Kenya and the New Guinea highlands. (Consider your pith helmet rights immediately suspended, Tim).
